Chantale is an attachment-based and trauma-informed Registered Social Worker providing therapy in Cambridge and virtually across Ontario. She is an active member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers (OASW).
Sessions with Chantale are warm, empathetic, and collaborative. She is committed to building a foundation of trust in the therapeutic relationship, creating a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported.
Chantale understands that therapy can be a powerful model for secure attachment, and she is dedicated to walking alongside her clients at their own pace.
Prior to launching The Mindful Place, Chantale worked with a national nonprofit organization for several years, where she provided individual and family support, system navigation, and led advocacy campaigns and school presentation programs. Additionally, she worked in Family Health Teams, providing individual psychotherapy in collaboration with allied health clinicians to hundreds of teens and adults.
Outside of her therapeutic work, Chantale finds joy in exploring hiking trails, dance classes, travelling, and finding new cookbook recipes.
Many Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and extended health care plans will cover services
rendered by a Registered Social Worker.
