We provide therapy in Cambridge and virtually across Ontario. Choose your preferred appointment type to see available times.
Tip: Evening sessions are usually booked 6-8 weeks out, so book a few ahead of time or add yourself to the waitlist – your future self will be thankful!
👋 New Clients:
We look so forward to meeting you! When you’re ready, we recommend booking your first 3 appointments (one session weekly or biweekly) to complete history taking. This allows us to dive into the focused work on your therapy goals sooner than later, and it’s a celebratory first step in committing to do the work.
📅 Need to Reschedule?
Simply cancel at least 24 hours’ before your appointment to avoid the session fee.
🎤 Workshops and Presentations
We deliver mental health and wellness presentations in-person and virtually to businesses, organizations, high schools and colleges/universities. If you have an event that would benefit from a workshop or presentation, please complete our Event Request Form with your preferred topic from our offerings.
